| Returns and Exchanges |
Please be sure of your purchase prior to completing your order. If your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item please submit a claim by email or phone within 3 business days from the date you receive your order. If returning a package, please use an insured and prepaid method (we recommend UPS or FEDEX). Include your packing slip (or a note with your invoice number) and your reason for return. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on damaged or incorrect order returns. NO CASH REFUNDS
